The DOMOFERM International GmbH is an international, medium-sized company of the metal industry . The company is one of the leading Austrian providers in the fields of steel doors, fire protection doors and frames.
The entire group employs over 1000 people, with the company headquarters with over 300 employees in Gänserndorf .
History of the company
The company was founded in 1960 as a locksmith's shop with three employees. By 1982 the company specializes in steel frames, steel doors and fire protection doors and glazing elements. Since 2012 the company has been operating with the four production companies BOS (Emsdetten, DE), BBE (Brilon, DE), HSE (Humpolec, CZ) and Domoferm (Gänserndorf, AT) as well as the five sales companies in Russia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia and the Netherlands incorporated into the holding company Austro Holding .
