Donald Walker

Donald J. Walker (* 1958 ) is a Canadian manager and board member of Magna International Inc.

Career

Born in Canada, Walker joined Frank Stronachs , Magna , in 1987 . Donald Walker was already a board member and president of Magna International Inc. between November 1994 and February 2001. He was then a board member and president of Intier Automotive Inc. until 2005 .

Furthermore, Donald Walker has served as director of Magna International since November 7, 2005 and of Decoma International Inc. since December 3, 2005 , of which he was previously director from May 2001 to December 2005.

In addition, Walker was director of Tesma International Inc. Today he is also represented in various companies, such as the Automotive Parts Manufacturers Association , the Humber College Foundation , he is also co-chair of the Automotive Advisory Committee to Industry Canada and a member of Ontario Jobs and Investment Board .
