The colon Nuremberg is a monthly culture and city magazine with an event calendar in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region .

history

The magazine was published in the DIN A5 format of a notebook as a print edition from the mid-1980s, initially every fortnight. Since then, in addition to editorial articles, it has also contained an extensive calendar of events and was published free of charge from the start. As a result, it became a defining element in the selection of daily leisure activities for a whole generation.
Later it was changed to monthly publication.

today

With over 40,000 printed copies, the colon is the culture and city magazine with the highest circulation in the greater Nuremberg area, including Fürth, Erlangen Schwabach, Feucht, Altdorf and Lauf. Distribution is always free of charge in the middle of the month at around 900 locations, in particular at the regularly used venues. Occasionally there is also a display at other frequently frequented places, for example laundromats and hairdressing salons , sports facilities, fitness studios, etc.

All event information is also available online. For a small fee that hardly exceeds the postage costs, you can also subscribe to the print edition.
