The village church Elsebeck is a Protestant church in the Calvör district Elsebeck . It belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Braunschweig and the parish of Calvörde. The building is listed .

Architecture and history

The church was built in the middle of the village in 1886. It is a three-axis brick building on a stone base. The interior has a rectangular shape with an immediately adjoining, strongly indented polygonal apse. The roof turret is located on the north-western gable wall, which is accentuated as the viewing and entrance side. The place has belonged to the parish of Calvörde since 1594. A service is held once a week.
