Doru Pantelimon ( 1955 - November 23, 2010 ) was a Romanian football player .

Athletic career

Pantelimon made his adult debut at the age of 20 for CSM Suceava , where he became one of the defining figures as a high performer in the following years. In 1980 he moved within Divizia B to league competitor Minerul Gura Humorului , where he later ended his active career.

After the Romanian Revolution in 1989 , Pantelimon opened its own restaurant. He remained connected to football as a regular stadium guest at Stadionul Areni . In autumn 2010 he died at the age of 55 after persistent heart problems.
