Dowang was a unit of length in the Philippines in the provinces of Visayan and Leyte .

    • Cavite : 1 Braza (legal or burgos) = 2 Varas (1 V. = 0.836 meters) (= 4 feet ) = 1.671812 meters
    • 10 Brazas = 1 anet
