The Državna Cesta D100 ( Croatian for national road D100) is a main island road on the islands of Cres and Lošinj . It connects the ferry port Porozina in with Veli Lošinj and opens up the two islands completely in a north-south direction.

Northern section (Cres)

The road begins in the ferry port Porozina, where the ferry from Brestova arrives. There is a junction to Filozići, one to Dragozetići and one to Ivanje, and another to Sveti Petar and on to Beli. Then come the villages of Predošćica and Vodice. After Vodice there is a junction with the Državna Cesta D101 , which leads to Merag, where there is a ferry connection to the island of Krk . The Državna cesta D104 continues there. First comes the island's capital, Cres . Next comes a junction to Loznati, the village of Krčina and junctions to Orlec, Zbišina, Stanić and Lake Vrana . The next crossing leads to Stivan, Miholašćica and Martinšćica . This is followed by the small village of Belej, and branches to Ustrine and Punta Križa. In the coming village of Osor, the road crosses a swing bridge over a canal that separates the islands of Cres and Lošinj.

Southern section (Lošinj)

The road continues on Lošinj and opens up the villages of Lopari, Nerezine, Sveti Jakov and Ćunski, where you can turn towards the Lošinj airport . After a bridge over a second canal, the small towns of Mali Lošinj and Veli Lošinj follow , where the road ends.
