The Trinity Cathedral ( Ukrainian Троїцький кафедральний собор ; Russian Тро́ицкий собо́р / Troitski sobor ) in the Ukrainian city ​​of Novomoskovsk , is a historic, Orthodox church and the largest wooden church in Ukraine.

The cathedral is an exceptional work of art of wooden architecture in Ukraine and a monument of Ukrainian baroque . It was built by the Cossacks without the use of metal nails. Construction started on June 2, 1775, the high altar was inaugurated on May 13, 1778 and completed on September 10, 1780. The adjacent bell tower was added later.

The building is a nine-tower, symmetrical composition with a total area of ​​512 m². The tallest dome is in the middle and is about 65 meters high. After 130 years without major repairs, the monument was in a condition in 2012 that required immediate restoration , which began in August 2012.
