The Drogeriewarenzeitung (DWZ) is a specialist magazine for the drugstore industry . DWZ appears every two months as a trade journal for drugstores, perfumeries, drugstores, department stores and the drugstore industry in Germany.

The first printed DWZ appeared in November 2004 and has been published since then by the Wintherburg media agency based in Munich . The editor and publisher is Alexander Schwaab. In 2007, the Deutsche Drogisten Zeitung (DDZ) , which has been published since 1945, was bought and integrated into the DWZ, as both properties had the same target groups . Also since 2007 the DWZ has been the official information medium of the Association of German Druggists , in which German drugstores and drugstores / perfumeries are organized. Since January 2015, DWZ has been appearing as a digital trade journal (PDF) in two versions: as a free but abbreviated “DWZ-Kompakt” for everyone and as a paid, complete “DWZ” for subscribers.
