The Jebel Umm ad-Dami ( Arabic جبل أم الدامي, DMG Ǧabal Umm ad-Dāmī ; also Jabal Umm ad-Dami ) is the highest mountain in Jordan at 1,854 meters . It is located in the mountains of the East Jordan near the border with Saudi Arabia . For a long time, the Jebel Ram, at 1754 meters, was considered to be the highest point in the country, but the Jebel Umm ad-Dami is 100 meters higher.
