Jabir al-Khalid as-Sabah
Jabir al-Khalid al-Jabir al-Sabah ( Arabic جابر الخالد الجابر الصباح, DMG Ǧābir al-Ḫālid al-Ǧābir aṣ-Ṣabāḥ ) is a Kuwaiti politician who belongs to the ruling family as-Sabah . He was the country's interior minister until January 2011.
al-Sabah resigned on January 13, 2011 after Parliament had previously requested his questioning due to a torture scandal . The scandal is about the death of Mohammed al-Mutairis who was accused of illegal trade in alcohol and loud autopsy results in the pre-trial detention was tortured and killed.
