Jujeh kabab (also: Juje-Kabab , Persian جوجه‌کباب) is a widespread and very popular chicken dish in Iran . It consists of chicken pieces marinated in a marinade of lime juice , olive oil, ( minted ) onions, saffron and salt and fried on a grill or in the oven. There are regularly (halved) grilled tomatoes and rice.

Djudsche Kabab is one of the most popular banquets in Iran. In particular, the dish is prepared on the occasion of weddings or dinners in a large family setting with friends.
