Duarte José Borges Coutinho do Espírito Santo Silva (born March 20, 1924 in Lisbon ) is a former Portuguese skier.

Silva was the first athlete in his country to take part in the Winter Games at the Winter Olympics in Oslo in 1952 . In downhill skiing he was 69th out of 72 riders. Since the games were also rated as a world championship, he was also the first world championship participant in his country .
