Dubai Hills is a new ultra-luxury residential area that is located within the Mohammed Bin Rashid City . In Dubai Hills there are only villas with 1800 - 2800 m², which are grouped around an 18-hole golf course.

The client is Emaar Properties , who are also building the MBR City.
