The Duks 1912 ( Russian Дукс 1912 ) was a Russian military aircraft. It was manufactured in the Duks plant in Moscow .

development

The model was a Farman VII modified by Duks and took part in a Russian military aircraft competition in 1912. The upper wing had been enlarged and the tail unit and the struts revised. The flight tests showed that the performance was higher than that of the original type, and the Duks 1912 was able to achieve second place in the competition after the Sikorsky S-6 B. However, the military showed no interest and continued to order the Farman VII standard machine at that time, so that the Duks did not develop further in 1912.
