The Dumbarton Oaks Papers (abbreviated: DOP ) are a journal of the Dumbarton Oaks Research Library and Collection in the field of Byzantine studies that has been published since 1941 . It is considered to be one of the most important specialist periodicals in this regard.

During the Second World War, the publication was discontinued, but initially resumed irregularly in 1946; they have been published annually since the mid-1950s. Initially, the works of researchers who stayed at the Dumbarton Oaks Research Library and Collection were published ; in the meantime they have grown into an international publication organ of Byzantine studies with a volume of 300 to 400 pages per volume.
