Dusing

A Dusing (also called Duchsing , Dupsing and Teusinke ) is the wide belt with bells and bells , which falls down to the thighs , with which the upper garment, the tappert , was girded in the second half of the 14th and 15th centuries used. Usually a bag hung on it, probably also a dagger.
