Dziennik Ustaw
The Dziennik Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (German Law Gazette of the Republic of Poland ) is a law gazette that reproduces the wording of the laws enacted in Poland .
Scope and performance
The Dziennik Ustaw includes current and historical laws ( Ustawa ), ordinances ( Rozporządzenie ), and ministerial announcements ( Obwieszczenie ) from 1918.
Since January 1, 2012 the Dziennik Ustaw has been published exclusively online. The service is offered by the Ministry of Administration and Digitization ( Ministerstwo Administracji i Cyfryzacji ) to the general public free of charge and without registration.
The legal gazette is offered in the form of a searchable online database ( legal information system ), whereby the older legal gazettes have also been made searchable using OCR .
The data is made available in the data formats PDF and partly XML .
