Exemplary EBITDA bridge

An EBITDA bridge is a waterfall diagram used in the practice of company valuation and company sales , which is used for the future development of company earnings. The last actual EBITDA (earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization) is assumed and various effects are added - for example, the sale of loss-making parts of the company or the implementation of price increases.
