ERNA-3D
ERNA-3D (ERNA stands for E ditor for RNA ) is one of Florian Mueller at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin developed software for displaying three-dimensional RNA - protein - and other macromolecular structures of biomolecules . It was developed to solve open questions of protein biosynthesis with the help of the full atom representation of the molecules involved. For the development of ERNA-3D, Mueller received the 1997 Heinz Billing Prize to promote scientific computing .
