Evenness (technique)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Flatness, character to ISO 2768 -2

Flatness is the specification of the shape tolerance in which a flat surface created (e.g. by milling or grinding ) must be. The tolerance limits result from two imaginary surfaces, parallel to the ideally generated surface. If the surface actually generated pierces through one of the parallel surfaces, the tolerance has been exceeded.

The symbol for this in technology is a parallelogram.
