Economics Bulletin sees itself as a specialist journal for shorter articles (notes) and strives for the fastest possible review process . It competes with the established Elsevier magazine Economics Letters . Economics Bulletin was founded in 2001 by Myrna Wooders . The current editor is John P. Conley of Vanderbilt University .
