Edifício Octávio Meyer

The Edifício Octávio Meyer is a skyscraper in the center of the Brazilian city of Pouso Alegre (Minas Gerais). With a height of 70 meters and twenty floors, it is the tallest building in the city. It was built from 1992 according to plans by the architects Sotegel Engernharia. Due to financial problems, it was only inaugurated in 2004. The construction costs amounted to R $ 6,528,900  .
