The Edificio Jaureguiberry is a building in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo .

The building, erected at the beginning of the 20th century, whose building permit dates from 1909 to 1911, is located in Ciudad Vieja on Calle Pérez Castellano 1542–1546, corner of Piedras near the Mercado del Puerto . A. Menck was responsible for the construction . In the years 2006 to 2007, the restoration and restoration work planned in the relevant planning phase of 2004 was carried out under the direction of the architects R. Béhèran, Andrés Mazzini, O. Otero and Elena Mazzini. The 20-meter-high, five-storey building with a facade design influenced by French but also slightly influenced by Art Nouveau andMansards as the upper end cover a floor area of ​​517 m² and was originally designed as a residential and commercial building. Today there is also a cultural center in the building.
