Edificio Yacaré

The Edificio Yacaré is a building in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo .

The building, which was built in 1987 as a result of a competition organized by the BHU for its construction and opened in 1994, is located in Ciudad Vieja on Calle Yacaré 1574 between Rambla 25 de Agosto de 1825 and Calle Piedras . The architects Juan Bastarrica , Alberto de Betolaza , Alvaro de Ferrari , Antonio Gervaz and Rúben Otero were responsible for the construction. The 14-meter-high, five-storey building, designed as a residential and commercial apartment building, covers a floor area of ​​847 m².
