The Edinburgh Gazette

The Edinburgh Gazette is one of three British government gazettes . The Edinburgh Gazette, first published in 1699, has been published without interruption since 1793. Published by the Stationery Office , it is now published twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Among other things, reports on legislative proposals, company insolvency and government finances are published. In contrast to the London or Belfast Gazette , the Edinburgh Gazette only shows reports that concern Scotland . The Royal Scottish Treasurer is responsible for the publication of the Gazette .
