The former social security institution is a listed building in Dresden- Johannstadt . The building is used today by the Technical University of Dresden .

The striking administration building at Dürerstraße 24 at the corner of Güntzstraße was built in 1928 as a plastered building with economical architectural decorations in sandstone (compare the historical dating on the building). The entrance area and facade to Güntzstraße are highlighted by wall pillars with a strong cornice , ornamental and figural decorations characterize the parapet surfaces. The foyer is equipped with ceramic tiles.
