The former director's residence is a building on the grounds of the LVR Clinic Düren in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia . Like all structures on the site of the former Provincial Sanatorium, the building was built between 1874 and 1878,

The former director's residence, also known as the director's villa, is a freestanding two-story brick building with a one -story extension located on the asylum driveway. The building has partially segmented arched window openings. The cane cornice made of red sandstone is cranked . The original wooden veranda can be seen at the rear . On the house there is a gable roof with slate covering and visible beam heads.

The building is registered under No. 1 / 001b in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
