The residential building Ehm-Welk-Straße 24 is a listed building in the town of Lübbenau / Spreewald in the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district in the south of Brandenburg .

The building is located in the old town of Lübbenau between the Spreewald Museum and the Sankt-Nikolai-Kirche and is part of the “Ensemble Marktplatz” monument. The house was built in 1772, making it one of the oldest buildings in the city. The building is a single-story timber-framed building with a half-hipped roof . The baroque- style building is now part of a row of houses, originally it was probably free-standing. In 2000 the house was extensively renovated. Only in the course of this was the historic half-timbered facade discovered, before the house was plastered .

The building is used today as a residential and commercial building.
