In heraldry, a place of honor is understood to be a place in the coat of arms on which the shield of honor can be placed.

It is the middle of the row of honor. This is the second of five rows that is located under the head of the shield and is created when the shield is divided four times. It is also called the breast row, the middle breast part. It's the place above the middle of the sign.

The other rows are then the row of hearts with the heart in the middle of the coat of arms and in front of the shield base or the base is the row of navel with the central umbilical point. The umbilical shield is placed on the latter.
