Ehud Reiter
Ehud Reiter (born September 19, 1960 ) is a British-American scientist in the field of computational linguistics and professor of computer science at the University of Aberdeen .
Life
Reiter studied mathematics at Harvard University , where he received his doctorate in computer science in 1990. He then worked at the University of Edinburgh and University College Cork , among others , before joining the University of Aberdeen as a lecturer in 1995 , where he now heads the group for text generation .
In 2009 Reiter, together with other colleagues from the University of Aberdeen, founded Data2Text, which was acquired by the listed company Arria NLG in 2013 . Reiter is now Chief Scientist for Arria NLG.
