content

After his parents died of an illness, ten-year-old Akihito Kuze was taken into the care of the family butler Tomoyuki Katsuragi. Heir to the title of his father, Viscount Kuze, he moves to the family home in Tokyo , where Katsuragi is to raise him as the successor to the head of the family. The eleven-year-old butler is strict and still committed to the deceased father's mandate, while Akihito says nothing to him. All attempts by the boy to please or impress his guardian also fail. Akihito receives a strict upbringing and training, but family closeness is denied him. At the age of 16, the pupil learned that Katsuragi also ensured the family's prosperity, among other things by offering his body to members of other noble houses and thus giving the Kuze family advantages. Akihito refuses, but can't stop Katsuragi. Akihito wants to find out more about his guardian and his family, and why he is so disapproving of him. So he also finds out that before he was born, Katsuragi was supposed to be his father's adoptive son.
