Naturalization Test Ordinance

The Ordinance on Naturalization Test and Naturalization Course (Naturalization Test Ordinance --EinTestV) of August 5, 2008 is a statutory ordinance of the Federal Republic of Germany . The Federal Government and the Federal Ministry of the Interior have been authorized by Section 10 (7) of the Citizenship Act to issue this ordinance. The Naturalization Test Ordinance was published in the Federal Law Gazette on August 8, 2008 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 1649 ). It came into force on September 1, 2008 and was last amended on March 18, 2013.

The ordinance regulates the nationwide implementation of naturalization tests .

The ordinance includes a catalog of questions as an annex. 300 questions relate to the Federal Republic and are nationwide, ten questions for each federal state complete the list of questions on the ordinance listed in the annex.
