A one-man ram is a one-man tool that is used to break in locked doors. One man ramming is usually used by the police to surprise people inside a building.

The one-man ram is designed so that it can be used by a single person; there are also models that can be used by four people. The rams have handles to ensure a secure hold. They are one to two meters long and weigh up to 45 kilograms.
