Force is the collective term for all at the end of a deployment involved persons . This can be employees of the fire brigade , the rescue service , the police or other aid organizations .

Rescue workers never appear as individuals , but are part of an organized aid measure, which is coordinated by an operations management team . The emergency services complement each other to cope with the mission.

In traffic, emergency services must always wear warning clothing and must secure themselves with suitable traffic safety devices or traffic safety posts.

After stressful missions, emergency services can be supported by psychosocial emergency care as part of the follow-up care . Support from specially trained emergency personnel ( peers ) should help to better cope with psychologically stressful assignments and stress.
