Consensual private debt settlement
The amicable private debt settlement is a restructuring instrument under Swiss law for non- bankrupt debtors.
The amicable private debt settlement is regulated in Art. 333 ff. SchKG .
The probate court orders a deferral and appoints an administrator .
At the end of the procedure, there should be a (partial) remission contract under private law between the creditors and the debtor .
