The 1993 women's speed skating four-way world championship was held in Berlin in early February 1993 .

At the event, women's competitions were held over the 500 meter, 1,500 meter and 3,000 meter and 5,000 meter route. Gunda Niemann was the title holder at the third consecutive world championships. In detail, the following results were obtained.
