In Germany, the top division is divided into the regions north, south, west, east and south-west. This applies equally to men and women. Since there are very few clubs in the north of stock sport, there are no classes below the Bundesliga. Therefore, there is no classic game operation in northern Germany, only northern German championships or national championships of the associated federal states are held. In Bavaria, on the other hand, games and tournaments are carried out down to the district level. As in Bavaria, games in Austria are also carried out with several leagues below one overall league, namely the Bundesliga. Promotion or relegation to the Bundesliga is possible.
