ElTR ( Kyrgyz ЭлТР , German national television broadcaster and radio ) is a state television broadcaster in Kyrgyzstan based in Osh . It was founded in 2005 as the successor to the Kyrgyz state television "Osch-3000" ( Kyrgyz / Russian Ош-3000 ) and is now available all over Kyrgyzstan.
