Elchanan Heln
Elchanan Heln (also: Elchanan Bar Abraham ) was a 17th century Yiddish poet.
His Megiles Winz ("Vinzenz-Rolle"), published around 1648 and belonging to the genre of historical songs, describes in Yiddish the sufferings of the Jews of Frankfurt during the unrest instigated by Winz (= Vinzenz) Fettmilch .
