Electropherogram
An electropherogram is a graphical representation of the results of an electrophoresis analysis.
Electropherograms are used, for example, in the following areas:
- DNA sequencing
- Family tree DNA analysis
- Paternity test
- Analysis of the genetic fingerprint
An electropherogram shows (for example) data obtained using automated DNA sequencing .
