Elisabeth Müller-Witt (born November 23, 1953 in Gelsenkirchen ) is a German economist and elected member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia ( SPD ).

biography

After graduating from high school, Elisabeth Müller-Witt studied economics at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau from 1974 to 1979, completing her degree in economics. After that she was active in various projects.

politics

Elisabeth Müller-Witt has been a member of the SPD since 1984. She has represented her party in Ratingen city ​​council since 1995 . In the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2012 , she won a direct mandate in the Mettmann III state electoral district . Müller-Witt is a member of the Board of Trustees for the House of History in North Rhine-Westphalia .
