Elkūd
Elkūd was a ruler of Hatra who is only mentioned with certainty in a single inscription. There it bears the hardly translatable title mry ' . It is the epitaph of his son Prnhr . The inscription is dated, but it is difficult to read the date. The year 155/156 AD is most likely, according to which Elkud is probably one generation earlier, i.e. around 120 AD.
