Ellandalm

The Ellandalm (also: Elandalm ) is an alpine pasture in the Hohenaschau district of the municipality of Aschau im Chiemgau .

One of the Ellandalm alpine huts is under monument protection and is entered in the Bavarian monument list under the number D-1-87-114-125 .

Building description

The Nagelschmiedkaser is a single-storey flat saddle roof building with partly plastered quarry stone masonry , which was built around 1800. In the last quarter of the 19th century renovations were carried out.

Other buildings on the Ellandalm are the Finkkaser and the Hellkaser with a large alpine garden with a Klaubstein wall .

The Ellandalm is located below the Heuraffelkopf at an altitude of 990  m above sea level. NHN .
