Elsa Lila
Elsa Lila (born June 4, 1981 in Tirana ) is an Albanian singer who lives in Italy.
Lila's parents were musicians, her father was a singer in a state choir and her mother a violinist.
In 1996 and 1997 she won the Festivali i Këngës , the most important song contest in Albania, and in 1998 in Varna an international song contest in which 15 nations were represented. In 1999 she was named Albanian Singer of the Century by the state broadcasting company. In the same year she won the first edition of the Kënga Magjike music festival .
In 2007 she entered the newcomer category at the 57th Sanremo Festival .
