The emco Bad GmbH is a premium manufacturer of bathroom accessories, mirror cabinets and furniture.

history

After the company was founded in 1945, the production of staplers began in 1949. In 1960, bathroom accessories were manufactured for the first time, and in 1968 roll-up and swimming pool gratings. New production facilities were established in 1994 in the Czech Republic and China. After a fire disaster in 1997, in which the production facilities for construction and air-conditioning technology were destroyed, reconstruction began within eight months. In 2002 the Erwin Müller Group Lingen took over DAHLE and 100% of the company C / R / O in Erkrath. In March 2014, the Erwin Müller Group Lingen was renamed the emco Group and is thus positioning itself even more internationally.

After the death of Harald Müller, Christian Gnaß took over the management of the family company as managing partner.

The patron of culture Harald Müller accompanied and directed the development of the emco Group for 47 years until his death in December 2015. As a personality, he has given the company a face like no other and has promoted social and cultural projects in the region with great ties to his homeland.
