Emma Weaver
Emma Weaver (* 1975 ) is a British actress and audio book speaker .
Life
Emma Weaver attended Clifton High School in Bristol . At the age of 16 she got a place at the renowned Italia Conti Academy of Theater Arts in London, Great Britain's oldest theater school, from which she graduated with honors. Afterwards she went on tour with various musicals until 2000 .
Weaver often voices British children's television, best known for the voice of "Bella" on the BBC show Tweenies , for which she worked from 2000-2002. In 2006 she also lent her voice to “Millie” in Underground Ernie . She regularly works on radio and television commercials, or on Pony Friends for the Nintendo DS .
She has had 5 top ten hits and 4 top ten albums with the Tweenies so far and has appeared on TOTP , The Chart Show , The Saturday Show , CD-UK and The Pepsi Chart Show . Weaver speaks the "Mina" in the children's series Jelly Jamm and can be heard regularly as a reader for audio books for the BBC .
Emma Weaver campaigned for children from the Sunflower Kids' House, a home for homeless girls in Vietnam, by teaching them ballet, among other things. For this she came from Bristol to the capital Ho Chi Minh .
