The EAE were divided into six sections. The scope was defined in the introduction. The first section then explained urban planning goals and principles. Overall congregational relationships were presented in the second section. Sections three and four regulated the development planning at the district level and the basics for the design of street spaces ( design principles ). After the basics, the design of street spaces was considered in detail in the fifth section. Finally, the sixth section provided selected design and design examples.
