The Encino Velodrome is a cycling track in the US Encino , California , a suburb of Los Angeles .

The Encino Velodrome was built in 1965. It's open, the runway is made of concrete and was 252 meters long. The curve elevation was 30 degrees. The cycling track was built on the private initiative of four cycling enthusiasts who also invested their own money. In the opening year and in 1968 the US rail championships were held here.

The Velodrome has been gradually renovated since 2002. The concrete runway was renewed and shortened to 250 meters, the curve superelevation increased again to 40 degrees so that it corresponds to the international standard.

Today, the track is used regularly for training, local races and sighting races for young cyclists.
