Enforcer (missile)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The small missile Enforcer from the manufacturer MBDA is an infantry-based weapon for use against lightly armored and unarmored vehicles and stationary targets at a distance of 500 to 2000 m. It is a fire-and-forget weapon with LOBL function (lock on before launch) and suitable for night combat. The weight of the missile is less than 7 kg and thus the weapon can be carried and fired by a soldier.

In the Bundeswehr , the guided weapon is introduced as a "light active agent 1800+", on December 20, 2019, the BAAINBw signed a procurement contract for 850 units for 76 million euros.

The manufacturer also advertises the possibility of using it against air targets or against more heavily armored vehicles (each with a different warhead), as well as using a drone as an air-to-ground missile .
